Jaime Festa-Daigle

Jaime Festa-Daigle is a native Arizonan who has lived in Lake Havasu City since 2001. Jaime holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, social studies and English as a second language from Grand Canyon University. She received her master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University and doctoral degree from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Festa-Daigle became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2007 and has maintained that designation throughout her career.

Jaime has been a public school educator in Arizona since 2000. For most of her career, she taught civics and economics at Lake Havasu School. Jaime brought over 300 Lake Havasu High School students to Washington DC to learn more about government and was named the American Civic Educator of the Year in 2012. This summer, Jaime traveled to Poland and Germany with NAU’s Martin Springer Institute along with 20 other Arizona teachers to improve Holocaust education in Arizona. Jaime has served as the assistant principal at Lake Havasu High School, the Human Resources and Technology Director of LHUSD, and is currently serving as the Director of Student Achievement. She oversees instructional and academic programs for the district and manages federal grants. Jaime actively works on recruiting and training educators that serve the Lake Havasu community. She has cultivated one of the leading teacher induction programs in Arizona which is focused on creating a pathway for all teachers to National Board Certification.
