Kaitlin McGill, an accomplished educator with a decade of experience, serves as the Principal at Heritage Middle School in Chino Valley, Arizona. She holds a BS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master's in Management from American Military University, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Prescott College. Residing in Chino Valley, Kaitlin is deeply committed to her community. She's passionate about enhancing the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at her school and currently holds the position of Secretary on the ARSA (Arizona Rural Schools Association) Executive Board. In 2021-2022, she was recognized as County Teacher of the Year by ARSA for her outstanding contributions to education. Outside of work, Kaitlin cherishes family time with her husband and two children on their small farm and enjoys vacations at their condo in Flagstaff. Kaitlin's dedication to education, community, and her role on the ARSA Executive Board is central to her inspiring journey.
